TIMBERLINE LODGE RENTAL POLICIES

By making a reservation and giving us the authorization to charge your credit card, you are also agreeing to the full terms of our cancellation and change policies. Please be sure you read and understand the below policies before making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $50 processing fee once booked if need to cancel or change dates. All reservations will be charged a minimum of $200 at the time of booking your reservation, unless your reservation is less than $200, at which time your reservation will be charged in full.

Reservations cancelled in the 7 days prior to check-in date will be charged for one night. Reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in date will be charged the full reservation amount.

Holiday, Long Holiday Weekend, and Peak Season Cancellation Policy

Peak season is one week before Christmas Day until one week after New Year's Day - Dates may vary, call for more information.

Reservations cancelled in the 14 days prior to check-in dates during these periods will be charged the full reservation amount.

NO-SHOWS will be charged the full reservation amount! No Refund for early departure!

TIMBERLINE LODGE GENERAL POLICIES

General Information

Your rate is based on the number of guests given at the time of your reservation. There will be an additional charge if more guests occupy the cabin. All reservations are confirmed and guaranteed for the number of nights specified. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.

We ask you to please leave the cabin as you found it. All items in the cabin are inventoried. Accidents do occur! Please let us know of any breakage, so we can replace it at OUR COST.

All cabins have coffee makers and microwaves. Those with kitchens are stocked with the basics. Not supplied are condiments, spices, cooking oil, etc. Please clean your pots, pans, utensils and dishes - an excessive cleaning charge of no less than $20 will be added to your bill for cabins that are left in disarray (dirty dishes, major spills & stains, trash left and Not in the trash tan)!

Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins. A $250 No Smoking Fee charge will be enforced

Early Check-in and Late Check-out

For your convenience, an early check-in can be arranged for no charge if cabin is available. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $20.00.

Normal check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.

NO-SHOWS will be charged the full reservation amount!

No Refund for early departure!

Changes to a Confirmed Reservation

We will be happy to change the dates of your stay or your cabin if possible. However, this will incur a $50 change fee.

Firewood Available

We sell firewood for $6.50 per bundle, and Duraflame logs for $3.79 each.

PETS

Pets are welcome in most cases, but subject to approval by management on a case by case basis depending on the size and breed of the animal. There is a pet charge of $15.00 per pet per night. Please be sure to bring and use your personal sheets and towels to cover couches and beds before letting your dogs lounge.
